摘要
针对铁路新型客车发电机的应用和供电系统的新要求,研制开发出以80C196单片机为控制核心,以IGBT为主控元件,以发电机输出电压、输出电流和充电电流为反馈变量的KP—3型铁路客车发电机控制系统。通过调整PWM输出来控制发电机的励磁电流,达到稳定发电机的输出电压、输出电流和限流充电的目的。实际应用表明,该系统具有控制精度高、运行可靠、绝缘效果好和便于安装维修等优点。
According to application of new type generator and the new requirement of power supply to new type of carriage train, The KP-3 type carriage generator and control system for this train based on 80c196 single-chip computer was designed, the main controller of which depends on IGBT. The system uses the output voltage and current from generator and the charging current as feedback variable. The 80c196 single-chip computer adjusts the output of PWM(pulse width modulation) to control the field current of the generator, which accomplishes stabilizing, output voltage, output current and the charging current. It was proved in practice that the system has malay advantages, such as high control accuracy, stable running status, good insulating effect and convenience for installing and maintaining.
