摘要
设计了发动机实验台PID测控系统的电路,确定了各元件的参数。应用LabView软件对其进行仿真,验证了测控系统设计的合理性及可靠性,结果表明,所设计的PID测控系统实现了快速、高精度地控制发动机的转速和扭矩,具有一定的实际应用价值。
PID measuring and controlling system circuits of engine test-bed was designed and the parameters of each element were determined. Applying LabView to simulation was the PID measure to control system of engine test-bed.Reliability and reasonability were verified. The result expatiated that this PID measuring and controlling system obtained implementation of controlling engine torque and rotational speed, both fast and accurately, which values greatly in a certain actual application.
