摘要 固相微萃取SPME作为一种新型的样品前处理技术,自1989年加拿大Waterloo大学的学者Pawliszyn发明以来得到了迅速发展。本文介绍了SPME技术基本理论,讨论了该技术的影响因素及操作要点,综述了SPME技术应用进展,重点综述SPME与各种分析仪器联用在环境和食品分析领域的应用研究进展。 As a new type of sample pretreatment technology, solid-phase microextraction (SPME), since its invention in 1989 by Pawliszyn and his associates in Waterloo University, Canada, has been developed rapidly over the years. Fundamental theory of SPME technology was introduced, influential factors and operation key points were discussed. In addition, application progress was reviewed, focus was put on coupling SPME with various of analytical instrumentation and its application in field of environmental and food analysis.
