摘要
用电化学法、光谱法和粘度法研究了一种自合成的Schiff碱配合物与DNA的相互作用,发现此配合物在0.4和-0.8 V分别出现一个灵敏的氧化峰和还原峰,加入DNA使其峰电流降低,并通过紫外可见吸收光谱证实该配合物能插入DNA双螺旋结构内部,并得到该配合物与DNA的结合常数。
The fundamental electrochemical characteristics of a synthetic Cu( Ⅱ ) Schiff base complex have been studied, and the interaction of copper complex with calf thymn DNA was also studied by cyclic voltammetry and UV and visible spectrometry and viscosity. The results suggest that the complex can bind to CT DNA, and the apparent equilibrium constant is 7.8 × 10^4 L/mol.
