摘要
在H2SO4介质中, Fe(Ⅲ)能催化H2O2与甲基红之间的褪色反应;加入青霉胺后, 青霉胺又能灵敏地阻抑该氧化褪色反应, 从而建立青霉胺的测定方法. 青霉胺测定范围为5.0~40.0 μg/L, 检出限为2.4 μg/L. 该方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、试剂易得等特点, 可用于实验样品中青霉胺的测定.
A new method for the determination of Penicillamine was proposed. It was based on the inhibitory effect of penicillamine on discoloring reaction of H2O2 and methyl red catalyzed by Fe^3+ in dilute sulfuric acid solution. The detection limit is 2.4 μg/L and the calibration graph is rectilinear from 5.0 to 40.0 μg/L penicillamine. This method is simple and sensitive. It has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of penicillamine pills.
