摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定5-羟基色氨酸. 在优化条件下, 色谱柱: Symmetry C18柱;流动相: V(甲醇):V(水)=5:95;检测波长: 276 nm. 5-羟基色氨酸对照品溶液在0.8~4.0 μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系, r=0.9992;回收率为99.94%, RSD=1.35%.
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established for determination of 5- Hydroxytrytophan. The optimal experiment condition was using C18 column (Symmetry C18, 4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5μm), mobile phase of methanol-water (5:95) and detection wavelength of 276 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.8 - 4.0 μg for 5 HTP ( r = 0. 9992). The average recovery ( n = 5 ) was 99.94 % for 5 HTP ( RSD = 1.35%).
