摘要 研究羧甲基壳聚糖对Hg2+的吸附作用,探讨了溶液的pH、反应时间、温度、样品体积、共存组分等因素对吸附率的影响。实验表明,在pH=4时,羧甲基壳聚糖对Hg2+的吸附性能很好,其饱和吸附容量为140 mg/g,方法的相对标准偏差为8.5%。用于实际水样分析时,回收率达94%以上。 Abstract:Adsorption of Hg^2+ on carboxymethyl chitosan was studied. The effects of various factors. Such as pH value, reaction time, temperature, volume of samples and concomitant elements on the adsorption efficiency were discussed. The experimental results showed that the adsorption efficiency of carboxymethyl chitosan was fine when pH was 4. The saturated adsorption capacity of carboxymethyl chitosan is 140 mg/g and the relative standard deviation of this method is 8.5 %. Its average recovery is 94% when this method was applied to nature water.
