乳腺癌根治术后放射治疗的评价

Evaluation of the Adjuvant post-radical-mastectomy Radiation in Breast Cancer

为了评价乳腺癌根治术后辅助放射治疗的作用，本文分析了我院1987～1990年497例乳腺癌根治术后放疗的疗效，并与我院前期（1903～1977年）单纯手术组比较，总5年生存率无显著性差异（P＞0．05），而腋淋巴结（4-6只）阳性组5年生存率有显著性差异（P＜0．05），认为放疗应用恰当可提高腋淋巴结转移者的5年生存率。本组中Ⅲ期患者术后辅助加了化、放疗，与术后输加放疗者比较，可提高5年生存率，但无显著性差异。

evaluate the treatment value of adjuvant radiotherapy to radical mastectomy in human breast cancer. Four hundred nigthy-seven cases of patient were treated in Zhejiang Cancer Hosptial from 1978 t0 l990, compared with patiente treated with radical mastectomy alone from 1963 to 1977. The result shows that there is no 8ignificant difference in five-year survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05), but the adjuvant radiotherapy could ~ve the aurvival rate in patient8 with 4~6 metastatic axillary lymphinodes(P<0.O5). Sforilar Anprovement occare in the 8tage, patientS treated with combination of aduvant radiotheraPy and chemotherapy. There was no sighficant dtherence between aduvallt radiotherapy and chemotherapy with adjuvant radiotherapy alone.
