辊道式退火窑在玻璃制品生产中并不多见,它类似日用陶瓷工业用辊道烤花窑。受枣庄市药用玻璃厂委托,我们于1987年底设计并建成投产了一条辊道式玻璃制品退火窑。通过一年多的实践,证明它充分发挥了陶瓷辊道烤火窑温度均匀、生产周期短、节约能源,产品质量好等优点,窑炉的各项经济技术指标都达到了安瓿生产的工艺要求。

The roll lehr for annealing glassware is similar to glost kiln in ceramic industry which has many advantages, such as uniform temperature distribution, short annealing cycle, energy saving and better product quality, etc. This paper describes the key points in. the design of roll lehr which include the design of body structuro, the selection of structural materials for different sections of the lehr, and drive system. It has been proved practically that a better economical benefit can be obtained by this roll lehr.
