Study and Development of Management Information System in Large Irrigation Fields

建立灌区管理信息系统,是灌区信息化建设的核心问题。从大型灌区管理信息系统组成入手,首先分析了系统组成的3个部分,即信息管理系统(IMS)、地理信息系统(G IS)和决策支持系统(DSS),并就每一个子系统应具有的功能进行了探讨。在此基础上,以江苏省淮安市洪金灌区管理信息系统的开发为例,说明了其实现的系统结构、功能和方法。

It is the nucleus issue of irrigation district information construction that setting up management information system in irrigation fields. This paper starts at the composing of MIS in lager irrigation district. First, it makes up of three parts, information management system, geography information system, and decision support system. We discussed the function of subsystem. Example for developing MIS of irrigation district of Hong-jin in Jiangsu province, explain the implement of structure, function and way.
