摘要
在新的高校图书馆评估指标体系下,高校图书馆应加强Internet信息资源开发的创新。从网络信息资源开发的内涵和层次入手,指出Internet信息资源的开发也是一个从低级上升为高级的循序渐进过程,是一个从不可得性开发变为可得性开发、从可得性开发渐进为可用性开发、再从低水平的使用状态上升为高水平可利用性开发的过程。
Academic libraries should strengthen the innovation of information resources on Intemet under the new evaluation system, Starting with the meaning of network information resources development, this article indicates that the information development on Intemet is also a gradually advancing process. This process includes from low level to high level, from unattainable development to attainable development, from attainable development to usable development, and from low level using state to high level using state.
