摘要
将模糊综合评判方法应用到沿海成品油船新船型开发设计的技术经济论证中,并开发了船型论证程序,结合主尺度变化范围、尺度比以及各性能要求的约束条件,对各种船型方案进行模糊综合评估,得到最佳船型方案,并给出了单船营运情况下的论证结果。
The fuzzy comprehensive appraising method is applied in the technical and economic evaluation for design of the coastal oil products tanker. The authors develop a ship-form evaluation program to optimize the ship-form scheme in light of constrain conditions of the range of main dimensions, scale ratio and requirements of various performance, and give out the result of evaluation for the single ship operation.
