摘要
多少年来,人们为寻求最为理想的供料道电加热电极材料而做了大量工作。供料道内玻璃液温度高达1100℃以上,要求电加热电极材料熔点要高,电极对玻璃液的接触电阻要尽可能小,对玻璃液没有污染或污染很小,价格低廉。经过大量的研究和试验。
Molybdenum electrode coated with, antioxidant material is able to prevent oxidization. Therefore, molybdenum block electrode which has many advantages, such as high heating efficiency, lesa investment etc, can be used in forehearth as a substitute for traditional molybdenum rod electrode.Antioxidant coating process for molybdenum electrode is briefly described in this paper.
