New Measurement of Switching Mode Power Supply Conducted Noise

摘要 对传统测量开关电源传导干扰方法的优缺点进行了比较,并在此基础上提出了一种基于双电流探头的新测量方法,它可在不中断开关电源正常工作的情况下测量共模和差模干扰,并能在开关电源电磁干扰频率范围内获得较精确的干扰模型。 Traditional methods to measure switching mode power supply (SMPS) conducted noise have been described and compared, with advantages and disadvantages discussed, A new approach using two current probes to measure SMPS conducted noise is introduced. The proposed approach allows measurement of CM and DM noise of a SMPS without interrupting its normal operation and can obtain an equivalent circuit model.
