中厚板轧制过程机在线控制应用软件的开发 被引量:1

摘要 结合首钢总公司中厚板厂3 500 mm轧机改造项目,采用VC6.0++、Simens的Win CC和Microsoft SQL sever开发了中厚板轧机过程机在线控制应用软件。该软件主要包括人机交互界面、过程机以及跟踪控制和实时数据保存系统。介绍了中厚板轧机过程机在线应用软件的开发。在线应用结果表明,该软件与AGC系统相结合可以大幅度提高板厚的设定精度,而且降低了操作强度。 Based on Shougang project, the soft ware for on-ling control on plate mill was built by VC6.0++-, Win CC of Simens and SQL sever. The software compriseds interface, process computer and real time data save system. With AGC, the gauge control is greatly improved with lese human interference.
