摘要 介绍了一种短流程无缝不锈钢管材的制备工艺,即用空心铸坯直接热挤压制备荒管。对铸坯热挤压荒管的组织和性能的研究结果表明:采用此新工艺可获得组织和性能均与传统工艺水平相当的不锈钢荒管,而且新工艺比传统工艺流程短、生产成本低。 A new processing technique for seamless tubes manufacture of stainless steel is introduced in the present work, in which die cast hollow blank is directly used for a hot extrusion. Through experimental study on microstructure and mechanical property of hot extruded tubes, the results indicate that the new technique can make tubes have the same level of microstructure and property as that of conventional technique, meanwhile the process is shortened and the cost is reduced.
