摘要 对φ25 mm的HRB400抗震钢筋进行了综合性能测试。结果发现:该钢筋在强度与塑性的配合、应变时效敏感性、低温脆性、可焊性、高应变低周疲劳5个方面都比20MnSi钢有不同程度的提高。借助透射电镜观察和电子衍射标定发现,大量的钒没有以钒化物的形式弥散析出,而是以合金渗碳体的形式存在于珠光体中,致使该钢筋的冲击韧性下降。通过分析,指出了进一步提高钢筋综合抗震性能的方向。 The properties of anti-seismic φ25 mm HRB400 steel bar were systematically investigated. The results .showed, comparing with 20MnSi steel bar, the properties of HRB400 are enhanced in terms of matching between strength and ductility, sensibility of strain aging, low temperature brittleness, weldability and high strain low cycle fatigue. TEM and electron diffraction observation showed that only a small part of little vanadium is existed as VN, and most are existed in pearlite as alloy cementite making impact ductility decreased. Some methods are suggested to improve the anti-seismie property of steel bar.
