舌鳞状细胞癌厚度的MRI检测与术后病理的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过MRI对舌鳞癌厚度的影像学测量,比较其与术后病理测量间的关系,旨在探讨MRI在舌鳞癌厚度精确定量中的可行性。方法对24例舌鳞癌患者术前行MRI检测,测量其肿瘤厚度的最大值作为舌鳞癌厚度在MRI中的检测结果。术后对舌鳞癌的标本行定位及固定,并在冠状面上作连续切片,行常规HE染色,测量舌鳞癌厚度的最大值作为舌鳞癌的病理检测厚度。所有数据均经SAS6.12软件包进行统计学检验。结果舌鳞癌厚度在MRI的检测结果与病理检测厚度无显著性差异(P>0.05);舌鳞癌厚度在MRI的检测结果与病理检测厚度明显相关(r=0.98943,P=0.0001)。二者之间呈线性关系;以Y作为病理检测厚度,X作为MRI中的舌鳞癌厚度,经SAS6.12软件包建立直线回归方程Y=0.17+0.92X。结论MRI中检测的舌鳞厚度与病理检测厚度结果非常接近,且呈线性相关,提示MRI可在临床上较为精确的估计舌鳞癌厚度,为临床上舌鳞癌手术安全切缘的精确估计提供理论依据。
