摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术患者在围手术期的体验。方法采用质性研究中现象学的方法,通过目的取样及半结构式深度访谈收集资料,采用Colaizzi内容分析法,阐述6位腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的真实体验。结果腹腔镜手术患者的体验呈现4个主题信任与担忧;对手术满意;疼痛反应;自我照顾与协助的需要。结论腹腔镜围手术期护理应重视患者的内心体验,及时提供指导和协助患者采取康复行为,以减轻生理和心理的不适,实践更深层次的康复理念。
Objective To probe the patient experiences undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods The data of the first part was collected by deep interviewing with 6 participants undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and analyzed by the method of Colaizzi analysis. Results A complex mesh of feelings and interrelated experiences were expressed, faith and worriment, satisfaction of surgery, pain reaction, self——care and need of aids. Conclusions Understanding the lived experience of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery enable nurses to pay more attention to patients’ perception and supply instruction and aids to meet with their needs.
