培养高职护生心理适应能力

Culture psychological adaptive ability of vocational educated nursing students

目的探讨培养高等医学职业教育护理专业学生心理适应能力的有效对策。方法通过问卷调查、自我分析、心理咨询等方法了解高职护生心理适应能力现状。结果发现高职护生目前的适应问题有难以适应生活环境、学习方式的变化及社会交往的变化;缺乏应对社会竞争的能力和适当的心理调适能力。结论可通过训练自我控制能力;掌握最佳学习策略;培养正向自我概念;发展积极应对能力;提高社会交往能力等对策加以改善。

Objective To explore the effective methods of training the psycnotogicat adaptive ability of vocational educated nursing students. Methods Questionnaire, self- analysis and psychological consultation et al were used to investigated the psychological adaptive capacity of vocational educated nursing students. Results It was indicated that the students had these problems： be difficult to adapt living environment, change of study mode and social intercourse; lack of the ability of facing social competition and the proper psychology adapting ability. Conclusions The countermeasures inelude; training the nursing students＇ self-control ability, grasping best study tattles, training their good individual coneepts, developing positive coping ability, raising social intercourse ability, et al.
