摘要
目的:研究FGF18对成牙本质细胞样细胞MDPC-23增殖和ALPase活性的影响。方法:用MTT法和酶动力法分别检测MDPC-23细胞经不同浓度的FGF18刺激48 h和72 h后细胞增殖和ALPase活性的变化。结果:在一定范围内,FGF18显著促进MDPC-23细胞的增殖和ALPase活性,随着浓度的增高和时间的延长,作用更加明显。结论:FGF18可能促进小鼠成牙本质细胞的增殖和分化。
Objective:To investigate the effect of FGF18 on proliferation and ALPase activity of odontoblastoid cell line MDPC-23. Method:After incubation with FGF18 of different concentration for 48 or 72 h, the proliferation and AL- Pase activity of MDPC-23 cell were examined and analyzed. Result:The proliferation and ALPase activity were facilitated by exogenous FGF18 and the facilitation is dependent on FGF18 concentration and incubating time. Conclusion: FGF18 may play a role during the development of dental germ and could improve the proliferation and differentiation of odontoblast.
