四种粘固剂对种植体钛基桩与非贵金属金瓷基底冠之间固位力的影响 被引量:2

The effects of different cements on retentive strength between titanium abutment and base crown

摘要 目的:比较四种粘固剂对种植体钛基桩与金瓷(非贵金属)基底冠之间粘结力的影响。方法:24个纯钛基桩和镍铬烤瓷合金基底冠,分为4组,分别使用玻璃离子水门汀、聚羧酸锌水门汀、磷酸锌水门汀、EB复合树脂粘固,测试拉伸强度。结果:4种粘固剂在基桩与基底冠之间产生的固位力分别为485.75 N,504.33 N,552.31N,626.06 N。结论:使用EB复合树脂粘结钛基桩和金瓷基底冠时,固位力明显优于其它三种无机粘固剂。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of different cements on retentive strengths between abutment and base crown. Method:Twenty four pairs of titanium abutment and Ni-Gr alloy base crown were divided into four groups, glass ionomer cement, Polycarboxylate cement, zinc phosphate cement and EB composite resin were applied to them respectively. The tensile bond strengths between titanium abutment and base crown were determined. Result; The tensile bond strengths of the four groups were 485.75 N, 504.33 N, 552.31 N and 626.06 N. Conclusion: EB composite resin can generate the highest tensile bond strength between abutment and base crown.
