Progress on the Lab-diagnosis of Riemerella anatipestifer

鸭疫里默菌病是危害养鸭业的重大疾病之一,在临床初步诊断的基础上,实验室诊断必不可少。目前已报道的鸭疫里默菌实验室诊断方法主要有细菌的分离鉴定、琼脂扩散试验、凝集试验、荧光抗体试验、间接ELISA、PCR、间接免疫酶组化法等7种,文章对这些方法进行了综述。

Riemerella anatipestifer is one of the major pathogenic bacteria in duck production. The lab-diagnosis is requied on the base of the clinicdiagnosis. The article reviewed seven methods of the lab-diagnosis of Riemerella anatipestifersis, such as the isolation and identification,AGID,agglutination test, fluorescence antibody test, indirect ELISA,PCR and indirect immuno-histochemical technique.
