阳离子聚丙烯酰胺/膨润土/阴离子促进剂三元微粒助留系统探讨 被引量:5

摘要 在聚丙烯酰胺/膨润土双元助留系统的基础上,研究添加阴离子促进剂的三元助留系统效能:发现选用合适型号的聚丙烯酰胺、膨润土、阴离子促进剂以及恰当的添加顺序后,可以明显提升一次留着和灰分留着率;当膨润土、阴离子促进剂的用量超过一定范围时,系统的留着率会呈下降趋势。 On the basis of the CPAM/bentonite dual retention aid system, the effect of ternary retention aid system with anionic promoter added was studied and it is found that when the proper model of CPAM, bentonite and anionic promoter and the proper sequence of addition were applied, the first pass retention and ash content retention rate increased remarkably and when the dosage of bentonite and anionic promoter exceeded a certain amount, the retention rate of the system went down.
