Unified Monetary Policy Should Focus on the Non-equilibrium Development of Regional Finance

通过对转轨时期中国区域金融非均衡发展的成因与表现的分析,揭示以区域经济金融均衡运行为假设前提的统一货币政策与区域金融非均衡运行现实的矛盾,由此提出货币政策关注区域金融与区域经济协调发展的可能路径。

This paper discloses the contradiction between the unified monetary policy, which is considered under the hypothesis premise of regional economy and finance equilibrium operation, and the reality of regional finance non-equilibrium operation by an analysis on the reason for non-equilibrium development of China regional finance and its performance in the transitional period, and a likely path is hence proposed that monetary policy should focus on the coordinated development of regional finance and regional economy.
