摘要
目的探讨任务绩效、关系绩效与工作绩效的关系。方法采用士兵工作绩效评价问卷,由本连队干部、战士共对1068名第二年士兵进行任务绩效、关系绩效和整体工作绩效评价。结果整体工作绩效与任务绩效(r=0.58)和关系绩效(r=0.71)存在显著性相关(P<0.01),任务绩效和关系绩效均对整体工作绩效存在独立的方差贡献,关系绩效对整体工作绩效的作用大于任务绩效。结论工作绩效包括任务绩效和关系绩效两个维度,任务绩效和关系绩效共同决定着个体的工作绩效。
Objective To investigate the relations between task performance and contextual performance and job performance. Methods Using the evaluation questionnaires for soldiers' job performance, 1068 soldiers' job performance were evaluated by eight officers and soldiers from the same company. Results There were signifieant correlation between overall job performance of solders and their task performance( r = 0.58), and significant correlation between overall job performance of solders and their contextual performance( r = 0. 71 ). Task performante and contextual performance contributed independently to overall job performance. Contextual performance played a role to influence overall job performance bigger than task performance. Conclusion Job performance consists of two dimensions of task performance and contextual performance, and task performance and contextual combine to impose influences on overall job performance.
