摘要
利用扫描显微法、X射线衍射法,分析了空心微珠化学镀银过程中还原剂对镀层外观色泽、镀层结合紧密程度、晶体结构的影响.结果表明,不同还原剂对化学镀银空心微珠的镀层表面的细节结构特性影响不同,以葡萄糖为还原剂的镀银微珠镀层表面性质相对较好.
Effects of different reducing agents on the exterior colour and luster, compactibility, and crystal structure of plating layer are discussed. The result shows that electroless silver - deposited hollow microsphere of different reducing agents has different minatia structure quality ,the surface morphology structure of silver electroless-deposited microsphere is excellent.
