编制积载图应注意的若干问题

Some Problems in Working Out Stowage Plan

笔者试图通过多年大副工作的经验，从实践和理论上就编制一张成功的积载图应对货舱设备的条件及存在的各种缺陷作清晰地了解，防止船舶局部和总体强度的破坏，并对船舶常数的测定等若干问题进行了细致地分析探讨，从而使积载得以合理、顺利地实施。

With his many years of experience as chief officer, the author tries to work outa successful stowage plan based on practice and theory. In this plan, the holds' conditions, good and bad, must be taken into full consideration; careful analyses are also made in solving the problems such as prevention of damage on the partial or overall strength of the ship, and the testing of the ship's constants. All this is done to ensure that the stowage shall be carried out reasonably and smoothly.
