摘要
为解决聚酯生产线在提产过程中,缩聚真空富余不足的问题,采用提高稳定剂溶液浓度配合、降低酯化二室压力的方法,使进入后续缩聚系统中的EG和水含量相应减少,提高了真空富余度,确保了装置产能在达到150 t/d负荷时的平稳运行。
In order to solve the problem of polycondensation vacuum redundancy insufficiency, the methods such as increasing the stabilizer solvent concentration and reducing the pressure in esterification chamber Ⅱ were used. The EG and water content entered into the subsequent polycondensation system was decreased. The vacuum redundancy was improved,the smooth running of the plant capacity at 150 d/t was guaranteed.
