近年来,俄罗斯的大学和科研机构都处在改革的潮头。大学为生存在忙于合校,科研机构为生存正面临股份制和私有化,优秀毕业生拒绝进入科研机构,大学和科研机构的关系受到挑战。从最近的舆论分析到改革者的解释,都不能使人对俄罗斯高等教育改革的前途问题得出准确的答案。高等教育改革的“迷茫”感正在困扰着俄罗斯。

It is difficult to describe the echo of Russian higher education reform in the whole education community of Russia. Both media analysis and the policy makers＇explanation fail to provide the right answers to the problem of the future of higher education reforms in Russia.
