摘要
本文首先介绍了美国专业团体、学者个人和政府的教师质量观,而后分析了美国教师质量保障的三种机制,它们分别是政府的行政机制、专业团体的专业机制、教师教育机构的学术机制,并分别讨论了州政府和专业团体的质量保障管理机制,最后论述了教师质量保障机制的五个价值趋向。
Firstly, this paper introduces the perspectives of American professional associations, scholars and governments on teacher quality. Then the authors discuss the quality assurance mechanism： official mechanism, professional mechanism and academic mechanism. It also discussed the administration of state government official mechanism. Finally, the article analyzes the values of teacher quality assurance mechanism.
