摘要
本文首先介绍了美国专业团体、学者个人和政府的教师质量观,而后分析了美国教师质量保障的三种机制,它们分别是政府的行政机制、专业团体的专业机制、教师教育机构的学术机制,并分别讨论了州政府和专业团体的质量保障管理机制,最后论述了教师质量保障机制的五个价值趋向。
Firstly, this paper introduces the perspectives of American professional associations, scholars and governments on teacher quality. Then the authors discuss the quality assurance mechanism: official mechanism, professional mechanism and academic mechanism. It also discussed the administration of state government official mechanism. Finally, the article analyzes the values of teacher quality assurance mechanism.
