摘要
以苜蓿的愈伤组织为实验材料,用NaN3诱变处理,在不同pH值的碱性环境下的苜蓿愈伤组织与对照组相比较,其脯氨酸含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶和过氧化氢酶的酶活力3项生理指标的测定上均有所提高.结果表明:NaN3可以提高苜蓿的抗碱性,苜蓿愈伤组织中脯氨酸含量和过氧化氢酶的活力在pH9.0左右时,均达到最高后急剧下降.
The Callus from alfalfa and NaN3 are respectively chosen as experiment materials and mutagen Compared to the control, proline content and enzyme activity of phenylalanineammonialyase and catalase in callus had greatly risen to some extent in the different pH alkalinity environment. It was shown that NaN3 may enhance alkali resistance of alfalfa and that proline content and catalase enzyme activity of alfalfa callus can reach the top at pH9.0 or so, then dropped suddenly.
