儿童尿道炎病原菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

通过严格无菌操作,从儿童尿道炎患者的病灶处分离到3株病原菌,采用K—B纸片扩散法进行药敏试验.研究结果表明,3株病原菌0161,0162,0163分别为表皮葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus epidermidis)、产碱假单胞菌(Pseudomonas alcaligenes)、粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis),病原菌对常用抗生素具有较强的耐药性.建议加强对儿童尿道炎病原菌的检测,结合药敏试验指导临床合理用药.

Three strains had been isolated from the focus of patient through sterile manipulation, further more, the antibiotic： susceptibility test had been made to them in the method to K-B slip diffusion. The results showed that three isolates,O161,O162 and O163,are epidermidis, Pseudomonas Mecaligenes and Enterococcus faecalis respectively. They have relatively strong endurance to some antibiotics. Strengthen the examine to children urethritis pathogen is proposed and the given-medicine to patients in reason should combine with the medicine-sensitive assay.
