Progress in the Research of the Connection between Personality and Performance

摘要 目前在组织行为学中研究个性对关联绩效的预测作用得到了广泛的关注。本文在对关联绩效、个性理论(“五大人格”理论)和两者关系的相关文献进行检索的基础上,评述了个性与关联绩效关系研究的发展,指出了今后在该领域研究的方向。
