摘要
为了检验改性过程中共混物性能的变化规律,在实验室制备SBS改性沥青的过程中,用不同类型SBS与不同组分的基质沥青配伍,对制备过程中的样品进行动态力学扫描及常规沥青试验,发现在适当的剪切及发育时间内沥青与聚合物共混的动力学性能会得到改善,过长的剪切及发育时间使其性能下降。在其他条件一致的情况下,聚合物在沥青中能否形成网络结构取决于沥青组分,共混所需的合适剪切及发育时间有赖于沥青组分与改性剂的配伍性。
In order to find the rules of the admixture composed of SBS and bitumen in the modifying process, the dynamic mechanical tests and normal tests were performed to the samples composed of different types of SBS with different base asphalts in the mechanical mixing procedure in the lab. It is found that dynamic mechanical properties of mixture are improved within proper shearing and developing time, and there will be opposite effect if the time is too long. On the conditions that type of polymer and content are same, proper shearing and developing time is determined by the matching of asphalt composition and SBS; it lies on the composition of asphalt if polymer networks structure in asphalt can be formed.
