Economic Analysis on System Reform of Forest Property Right

从经济学基本范畴出发,初步分析林业产权主要特征以及南方集体林业产权形成过程,指出现有产权制度的重要缺陷,并揭示福建、江西等地林业产权制度改革的一些趋势。

From the economic basis point of view, the main characteristics of forest property right and the developing process of the property right in the south collective forestry are preliminary analyzed. The important defects in the present system of property right are pointed out. And the tendency of reforming the system in Fujiang, Jiangxi and other provinces is presented.
