摘要
糖厂是石灰消耗大户,如何提高石灰消和度以降低石灰耗量在国内报道甚少,本文探讨了超声波及电磁搅拌对石灰消和的作用。试验表明,两种途径在一定条件下都不同程度地提高了石灰中有效氧化钙含量。
Sugar Factories are large consumers of lime, but very fow has been reported on how to increase lime slaking to reduce the consumption. The effects of supersonic waves and electronic maghetic stiring on lime slaking are investigated in this paper,the expertrients show increases of effective Cao contents in the lime milk in certain conditions in both methods.
