钢丝张力深度测量系统设计

摘要 根据钢丝张力深度测量要求,采用USB总线与上位机进行数据传输,采用NI的LabWindows/CVI开发平台进行软件设计,设计了钢丝张力深度测量系统。经过多次现场使用,系统测量准确、工作稳定,能可靠地记录实时测量的数据。 A tension-depth measurement system for steel wire is designed according to the technical requirements of measuring steel wire tension and diving depth in oil well.SCM collects real-time data of tension and depth,and transfer to IPC by USB.LabWindows/CVI of NI is used as development platform.Successfully applied in the industrial site several times,the system can accurately measure tension and depth datum for steel wire in real time,with stable operation.
