摘要
文章介绍一种新型井下电导相关流量计数据采集处理模块,该模块可在井下仪器内实时采集电导传感器输出的两路信号,并对它们进行互相关运算,最后将渡越时间转换成频率(周期)传输到测井地面仪。实验表明,该模块用来实现测量油井中油水两相流流量是可行的,可大大提高井下数据采集、处理与传输的速度,提高仪器的抗干扰能力,增加仪器的可靠性。
A novel type of data acquisition and processing module of the downhole conductance correlation flowmeter is introduced.This real-time module embedded in downhole tool can sample two-path fluid flowing signals from the conductance sensor in real time,calculate correlation function of these signals,and finally transfer the transit time in the form of digital frequency to the surface logging device.The designs of hardware system and software system are introduced.The dynamic experiments indicate the module can be used to measure the flowrate of downhole oil-water two-phase flow fluid.The speeds of data acquisition,processing and transmission are raised,the ability of antijamming is enhanced, and the reliability of the tool is increased.
