摘要
研究了碳源、氮源、温度和酸碱度对杏鲍菇菌丝生长的影响.结果表明:玉米粉是最佳的碳源,蛋白胨是最适的氮源,菌丝对有机氮的利用明显好于无机氮,在尿素培养基上不生长.最适生长温度为25℃,最适pH值为5.5~6.5.正交试验确定了最佳组合培养基:2%玉米粉,1%蛋白胨,0.3%磷酸二氢钾,0.05%硫酸镁.
The effect of different media, carbon and nitrogen sources, pH and temperature on mycelium growth of Pleurotus eryngii was studied in this paper. The results showed that corn starch was the best carbon source, peptone was the best nitrogen source and the optimal composition of the medium was 2 % corn starch, 1% peptone, 0.3 % KH2 PO4 and 0.05 % MgSO4. The optimum temperature was 25℃ The optimum pH was between 5.5~ 6.5.
