In this paper, we firstly introduced the philosophy of system recovery algorithm and deeply analyzed the hard disk dump mechanism. Then we created the data stnlcture for system recovery algorithm, and described the procedures of system recovery and system update in detail. Finally we discussed the work in system recovery studies in future.
