摘要
采用CI-340便携式光合作用测定系统,研究红千层的光合特性。结果表明,红千层光合速率日变化呈不对称的双峰曲线,有明显的“午休”现象;第一个峰值出现在9:00,净光合速率达到4.12μmol/(m2·s),第二个峰值出现在14:00, 净光合速率达到2.84μmol/(m2·s)。影响光合作用的主导环境因子为光照强度和湿度。
The CI-340 portable photosynthesis system of CID was used to study the photosynthetic characteristics of CaHistemon rigidus R. Br.. The results showed that the daily variation of net photosynthetic rate in leaves presented a bimodal curve and obvious midday depression phenomenon occurred. The first peak value was the highest ,which occurred at about 9:00 am,the net photosynthetic rate was 4.12 μmol/(m^2·s), the second peak value occurred at about 14:00 pin,and the net photosynthetic rate was 2.84μmol/(m^2·s). The main reason for the midday depression was PAR and relation humidity.
