摘要
无损检测技术是近年来发展起来的高科技技术,在农业和工业中都得到广泛应用。对国内外果品无损检测的技术方法原理和应用现状进行概述,并对该技术在果品检测方面的应用前景进行展望。
Nondestructive quality evaluation technology is widely used in many fields of industry and agriculture in recent years for the development of high-tech. The domestic and foreign application state,usage and theories of various nondestructive technologies were introduced in this paper. And this overview presented the promising application prospects of nondestructive determination technology in fruits.
