摘要
人造棉手感柔软、吸湿透气、有较好的穿着舒适性,但因其纤维聚合度小、无定形区大,织物易起皱、湿强力低。对人造棉进行化学整理,在纤维分子间引起适量的交联,以提高防缩、抗皱、保形的性能。作者对各种反应性树脂、脂肪酸类或硅氧烷改性整理剂进行试验,其中以二甲基亚双羟乙基脲树脂和硅氧烷变性有机硅整理剂效果较好。
Rayon, a kind of viscose fiber, has advantages such as soft hand, moisture absorption, and comfortable prop-erties. But its low degree of polymerization and large amorphous region structure will result in easy crease and low wet tension. So, chemical finishing which will introduce cross linking to molecular structure is need to improve shrink-proof.anticrease and shape retentivity. The experimental results of various modification agents such as reactive resin,fatty acid and siloxane show that DMeDHEU and silicone resin are better than the others.
