Study of Value Analysis Method in the Core Capability

本文在企业核心能力的价值链方法基础上,利用价值工程原理,给出了核心能力评价的价值分析方法。主要观点:价值工程原理与价值链方法具有内在的一致性;价值分析方法为企业核心能力的识别与评价提供了具有可操作性的系统分析框架。

Basing on the value-chain method by Michael E.Porter and the enterprise developing progress, the discussion focus on the value analysis method of the core capability, emphasizing on its characteristic of capital/knowledge. The main conclusions： as while as the key of the core capability construction of an enterprise is its ability of integration cooperation inside and resource reorganize outside, which is basing on the management of intellectual capital and information effecting; the value analysis method is necessary to cultivate and maintain the core capability.
