From the history of project management,project manager always take charge Of projects in term of cost.schedule, qulity,but human resource is also the key criteria of project management.Effective human resource management is very important,and performance evaluation which is an important part of human resource management,can decide whether the project success or fall.In this essay,we analyze some questions in related to performance evaluation of human resource in project.
