摘要
针对EA111油底壳铝合金压铸件的结构特点及工艺要求,介绍了一种切实可行的压铸模设计方案。该压铸模选择大端面为动静模分型面,设置内抽芯机构,采用加热油、加热器控制模具温度,滑块采用滑套导滑等结构,并配备抽真空系统,解决了气孔问题,提高了压铸件品质。
Aiming at the structure features and technological requirements for EA111 aluminum alloy oil tank, an available design plan for die casting die was described. The large end-face was selected as parting face and inner-drawing-core mechanism was used for the die casting die. Meanwhile, heating oil and heating machine were used to control the temperature of the die, and slide-slot was used to guide slide block. Vacuum-drawing system was assembled to eliminate the gas hole, which improved the quality of the parts.
