星形细胞肿瘤组织MMP-2与TIMP-1、TIMP-2的表达 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2和金属蛋白酶抑制剂TIMP-1、TIMP-2在人脑星形细胞肿瘤组织中的表达及其与肿瘤临床生物学行为的关系.方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测52例星形细胞肿瘤组织中MMP-2、TIMP-1和TIMP-2的表达情况.结果 MMP-2、TIMP-1、TIMP-2在星形细胞瘤(WHO Ⅱ级)、间变性星形细胞瘤(WHO Ⅲ级)与胶质母细胞瘤(WHO Ⅳ级)中的表达水平,差别具有统计学意义(Hc=7.966~10.353,P〈0.05).结论 MMP-2、TIMP-1和TIMP-2在星形细胞肿瘤组织中的表达与星形细胞肿瘤的侵袭性生物学行为的演进密切相关. Objective To study the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinas-2 (TIMP-2) in astrocytoma and their relationship with the clinical biological behavior of the tumor. Methods Expressions of MMP-2, TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 were detected in 52 cases of astrocytoma by immunohistochemical (SP) staining method. Results The differences of the expressions of MMP-2, TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 in astrocytoma (WHO grade Ⅱ ), anaplantie astrocytoma (WHO grade Ⅲ) and glioblastoma (WHO grade Ⅳ) were significant ( Hc= 7. 966- 10. 353,P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of MMP-2, TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 are closely correlated with the development of the invasive activity of human astrocytoma.
