缬沙坦对原发性高血压病人肥厚未逆转左心室整体舒张功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价缬沙坦改善原发性高血压病人肥厚未逆转左心室整体舒张功能的价值。方法选取口服缬沙坦6个月后,左心室肥厚未逆转的高血压病人32例,采用组织多普勒成像(TDI)技术测定二尖瓣环舒张早、晚期峰值运动速度(Em和Am)及其比值(Em/Am),比较左心室肥厚未逆转病人口服缬沙坦6个月前后Em、Am以及Em/Am的变化。结果口服缬沙坦6个月后,Em明显增加(t=4.67,P<0.01)。结论缬沙坦能改善左心室肥厚未逆转的原发性高血压病人左心室整体舒张功能。 Objective To evaluate the effects of Valsartan on left ventricular diastolic function (LVDF) with essential hypertension without reversion of left ventrieular hypertrophy. Methods Thirty two patients without reversion of left ventrieular hypertrophy were selected to measure the early and late diastolic peak velocity of the mitral annulus (Era and Am) and the ratio (Era/Am) by Tissue Doppler Imaging (TDI). The parameters were compared before and after six months of treatment with oral Valsartan. Results The early diastolic peak velocity of the mitral annulus (Era) increased obviously after six month treatment with oral Valsartan (t=4.67, P〈0.01). Conclusion Valsartan can improve the left ventricular diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension without reversion of left ventrieular hypertrophy.
