网络经济不仅有利于工商行政管理工作效率的提高、管理成本的降低、管理手段的现代化、人员素质的提高和行业不正之风的纠正,而且也对传统工商行政管理工作带来了很大的冲击。在网络经济条件下,工商行政管理工作需要转变管理观念,加快由行政执法向行政技术执法的转变,加强立法工作。

The develoment of network economy is beneficial to the industrial and commercial administration for it increases administrative efficiency, lower the cost and promote the modernization of administrative means. However, it also challeges the traditional industrial and commercial administration. This article reflects on the reform of the industrial and commercial management to meet the demands of the network economy.
